We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized individual for the Maintenance Department to conduct repairs and perform maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment and greenhouse buildings. It is helpful to possess a CDL A driver license for seasonal spring plant deliveries. This is an exciting position, with each day bringing new challenges and opportunities. The standard work week is Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am-4:30 pm with some over-time.
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Strong Electrical Skills
- Light Construction Experience
- Basic Plumbling Knowledge
- Minimal vehicle Maintenance Skills
- Basic Computer Skills- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Duties/Tasks:
- Trouble Shooting
- Repairs - Building, Equipment, Mechanical Systems, Vehicle
- Preventative Maintenance
- Supervisory/Leadership Role
- Occasional Seasonal Deliveries (CDL Class A beneficial) Swift's will assist with License
