PERENNIAL FINISHED POLICIES:

• Free delivery on most scheduled routes within 200 miles. See Delivery Information on order form.
• Pallet Shippers via LTL Freight is also an option for many locations in neighoring Mid-West states that we do not service with our own trucks. Freight costs vary between $3-5 a tray.
• Terms: Payment history will determine terms. New & Seasonal accounts are COD until well established in good standing.
• Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5   Closed Saturday and Sunday.
• Credits: Credit is only given for full trays that are returned at time of delivery. Credit is to be noted on Swift's copy of the signed Invoice. We will supply a revised Invoice showing credit once returns are verified.
• All Prices (Plant and/or Freight) subject to change without notice.
• Best availability for Perennials is early to mid-April. Best availability for Annuals is mid to late April.
• If product is needed, be sure to check 'A LITTLE SMALL OK' box on front or hand write by specific needed items.
• Availability of product will change throughout the season (generally March-July) and not all varieties will be ready or available at all times. Availability is NOT guaranteed. We do not save or reserve product.
• We do not create backorders if product is unavailable. You can re-order the missing items with another minimum order for the next delivery to your area.
• If ordering Annuals or Hanging Baskets, each order must consist of at least ½ Perennials as we are mainly a Perennial Supplier.
• Past Due Balances: If your account is not kept current, orders may not be delivered. Any litigation on past due balances will be filed in Marshall County, Iowa. Swift is only liable for up to the purchase price of plants.

• Regional Delivery: (Neighboring states in Mid-West) Pallet Shipper, LTL Freight.  65 Tray Minimum order plus Freight Costs depending on location. Please note:  Pallet Shipper orders must not contain more than 15 trays of 6# and/or Clematis due to weight and space constraints.
• Iowa Delivery: (Includes Omaha, NE) 65 Tray Minimum order on scheduled routes within 200 miles.  NW Iowa 75 Tray Minimum to most locations, usually every other week, FREE Swift Truck Delivery.
• Kansas City / Lincoln Area Delivery: 75 Tray Minimum order = Free Swift Truck Delivery
• Witchita Area Delivery: 120 Tray Minimum order depending on location. 80¢-$1.50/Tray Swift Truck Delivery Charge depending on location.
• Minneapolis / St. Paul, Albert Lea, Rochester, Mankato Areas Delivery: (Delivery begins Mid-April, Weather Permitting) 75 Tray Minimum order FREE Swift Truck Delivery.
• Illinois, Northern/Western Minnesota, Central/Western Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin: 55 Tray Minimum = SpeeDee Pallet Freight Delivery $3.99/tray.  65 Tray Minimum = SpeeDee Pallet Freight Delivery $2.99/tray. Please note:  Pallet Shipper orders must not contain more than 15 trays of 6# and/or Clematis due to weight and space constraints.

 ANNUAL FINISHED POLICIES:

• Minimum Order: 65 flats total (including Annuals & Perennials) on scheduled routes within 200 miles. Some areas require different minimums please see: Perennial List - Delivery Information.
• Customers purchasing Annuals or Hanging Pots need to purchase approx 3/4 or more Perennial trays for the season, as we are mainly a Perennial Supplier.
• Volume Pricing is calculated on the number of trays Shipped/Invoiced, not the number ordered.
• All Annual Trays & Hanging Baskets are volume priced separately from Perennials.
• Best availability for Annuals is mid to late April.

HANGING BASKET POLICIES:

We are not able to accept basket orders for new accounts or existing accounts who have not purchased baskets in the previous year.  We generally sell out of hanging baskets before shipping begins in April. We do Reserve/Save only hanging baskets, so you are assured to get the varieties you order when confirmed ahead of time.  Order before the end of January for best Availability- QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED.   We do not guarantee or accept orders for particular colors within a variety, we will assort colors based on the best product available at time of shipment. ORDERING NOTES: Hanging pot orders allowed only when also placing Perennial orders. Hanging baskets can be combined with Annuals/Perennials for minimum order. Minimum order per delivery date is 65 trays on scheduled routes within 200 miles. Minimum order note: 2 Hanging Baskets = 1 Potted Annual or Perennial Tray. FREE DELIVERY with minimum order. Pick-ups are welcome! To ensure you get the proper price break, please mark the check box on list that states 'Sub to Reach Quantity Price Break'. This allows us to send you at least 50 baskets for the price break, so that you get the lowest price available.
